We do not collect payment information, and the website does not require you to create an account or submit personal contact details to view public pages such as this one or the announcements feed.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used only to operate and improve the Service, including:

• Detecting and acting on spam, raids, or abusive behavior;
• Applying the moderation settings a server's administrators have configured;
• Diagnosing technical issues and maintaining reliability of the Service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Moderation logs and configuration data are retained for as long as the bot remains in a server, or as needed to provide the Service. Data associated with a server is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after the bot is removed from that server.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share personal information with third parties except:

• With infrastructure providers that host or operate the Service on our behalf, under obligations to protect that data;
• Where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, Discord communities, or the public.

Server administrators can reconfigure or disable bot features, and can remove the bot from a server at any time, which stops further data collection for that server. To request deletion of data associated with your Discord user ID, contact us using the details below.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use in accordance with Discord's own age requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from children below the minimum age permitted by Discord's Terms of Service.
