Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AntiSpam Discord bot and the antispambot.top website (together, the "Service"), operated by AntiSpam ("we", "us", "our"). By adding the bot to a Discord server, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AntiSpam is a moderation bot for Discord servers, providing features such as spam and raid protection, automated moderation actions, and related tools, along with an informational website and public announcement feed.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to use the Service. Server owners and administrators who add the bot are responsible for configuring it in accordance with those policies and any applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or community;
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with moderation or security features of the Service.

4. Server Owner Responsibilities

If you add the bot to a Discord server, you are responsible for the permissions you grant it and for how it is configured within your server. We are not responsible for moderation decisions made by automated rules that a server owner or administrator has configured.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user or server at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
